SimplyFlash
Privacy & support

Learning stays personal.

Your flashcards belong to you. Here’s how the current offline version of SimplyFlash handles your information.

Privacy Policy · Effective
Developed by Brandon Duckett

Your app data stays on your device.

No accounts. No ads. No tracking. SimplyFlash does not send your flashcards or study results to us.

Device backups, Apple diagnostics, and information you choose to send by email are explained below.

Information on Your Device

Deck names, questions, and answers you enter are saved in the app’s private storage. Your personal-best streak is also saved on this device. This information is used only to provide flashcard practice and display your record.

Generated math rounds and unfinished session progress are temporary. They are not saved when you leave the round or close the app.

Collection and Sharing

This version does not send your decks or study results to the developer or third parties. It has no accounts, advertisements, analytics SDKs, tracking, cloud synchronization, or public sharing. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location access.

Your device’s backup service may include app data according to your Apple device and backup settings. Apple may process diagnostics according to the choices you make in system settings.

Children and Families

No child’s name, email address, or date of birth is required. Parents can create practice material without entering identifying details. Avoid putting private or sensitive information into flashcards.

Retention and Removal

Saved decks and your personal best remain until the app’s data is removed. Deleting the app through device Settings removes its local data; offloading the app keeps that data. Backups are managed separately in your Apple backup settings. There is no developer-held copy to delete or recover.

Contact

For support or privacy questions, a parent or guardian can contact team@beyondwashing.app. If you email us, we receive the address and information you provide and use them to respond. Please do not include children’s personal information.

Future Changes

We will update this policy before introducing accounts, cloud synchronization, sharing, or other changes to how information is handled. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
